3.1 It is imperative to allocate sufficient time for your journey, ensuring timely arrival, especially for airport transfers. St Albans Airport Transfer Solutions will not be held responsible for delays caused by inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness for collection at the appointed time.
3.2 You are responsible for choosing a vehicle size that accommodates both passengers and luggage adequately. Please note that any child, irrespective of age, is considered a single passenger.
3.3 Requests for wheelchair access should be communicated during the booking process.
4.1 Our quotes are based on the information provided by you and are exclusive of VAT, if applicable. We reserve the right to modify the quote for substantial changes to the stated itinerary.
4.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the landing time and airport parking costs. Exceeding this waiting time incurs additional charges at the standard St Albans Airport Transfer Solutions waiting rate.
4.3 Upon acceptance of the quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. Review it thoroughly, and notify us promptly of any discrepancies to avoid delays or additional costs.
4.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.
5.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage or negative impact on the vehicle by a passenger may result in a cleaning cost charge.
5.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
5.3 Children in the car must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.
5.4 Compliance with passenger limits as specified by licensing or insurance is mandatory.
6.1 To cancel a booking, contact us at your earliest convenience. Charges may apply for cancellations made after dispatch, based on time and distance covered by the driver.
6.2 For cancellations made through our online booking system before dispatch, charges may be levied on the original payment.
7.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrivals, St Albans Airport Transfer Solutions is not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business under any circumstances.
7.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.

8.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any other passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
9.1 St Albans Airport Transfer Solutions may subcontract obligations as per this agreement. You cannot assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.
9.2 We reserve the right to modify terms and conditions at any time, with changes reflected on this page. Regularly review these terms to stay informed. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.
9.3 Information is stored, used, and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
9.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between St Albans Airport Transfer Solutions and yourself.
9.5 No provision in these terms and conditions is intended to confer benefits to a third party. No third party has the right to enforce rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.
Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Claims made beyond this timeframe will not be entertained by St Albans Airport Transfer Solutions.
